Admin Starters & Leavers Form

The online starters and leavers procedure will allow Schools ICT to complete the process of creating or disabling school administrative user accounts without the need to request any additional information from the school.

Please Note: It may take us upto 72 hours to process a new starter, depending on Headteacher or Schools Businesses Manager authorisation.

If you need to submit a starter or leaver form to BaNES Human Resources, please login to SSLVPN here.

If you need to add or remove a user from your curriculum network, please contact your curriculum support provider. 

Please note schools are responsible for creating user accounts in themselves. For FMS user account management please contact Schools' Finance Support on 01225 395215. 

New Starters requests will be forwarded to the Head teacher at your establishment. The Head teacher will then need to authorise the request. As soon as we receive this authorisation, we will carry out the work. Leavers request will be dealt with on the day after the leaving date that is given. By submitting a leavers request you are giving Schools IT permission to remove the user from the school network. If the user is not transferring to another school their BaNES account will also be disabled after the leaving date.
